By booking our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These policies are designed to ensure clear communication, quality service, and mutual respect between our clients and team.
1. Cancellation Policy
- Notice Requirement: Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment.
- Late Cancellations: A fee of 50% of the service cost applies for cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment.
- Same-Day Cancellations or No-Shows: The full service fee will be charged.
- Trip Fee: If we arrive and are unable to perform the service due to the home’s condition or lack of access, a trip fee of $59.99 plus taxes will apply.
2. Condition of the Property
- If your home has excessive clutter or traffic, our cleaners will do their best to work around it. However, interruptions may prevent us from completing the job within the estimated time. Additional time may be purchased, or we may need to adjust tasks based on available time.
- If the home’s condition is worse than expected, we reserve the right to adjust the price or refuse service.
3. Access
- Our time starts upon arrival. If cleaners are delayed due to waiting for access, this will reduce the time available for cleaning.
4. Unfair Competition
- Customers may not hire past or present Arya Cleaning employees directly or indirectly. A fee of $5,000 plus legal costs will be charged if this policy is violated.
- If an employee solicits work directly, please notify our office immediately.
5. Our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee
- If you’re not satisfied, notify us within 24 hours , and we will re-clean the areas of concern.
- Refunds are not provided due to the subjective nature of cleaning. Our cleaners work hard and deserve payment for services rendered.
6. Preparing for Your Cleaning
- To ensure the best results, please declutter surfaces and pick up personal items before your cleaners arrive.
- If areas are cluttered or personal items are left out, our cleaners may not be able to clean those spaces effectively.
7. Safety
- For the safety of our team, please do not closely follow cleaners while they work. Inspect completed areas after cleaners have finished.
- Cleaners must wear shoes in the home for their safety. We will always wear shoe covers unless you request otherwise.
8. Things Our Cleaners Do Not Handle
- Bodily fluids, including blood, urine, or feces.
- Homes with insect infestations.
- Paint removal.
- Heavy lifting (items over 20 lbs).
- Animal messes or waste.
9. Credit Card on File
We require all clients to keep a credit card on file for the following purposes:
- To process payments if no other method is provided.
- To cover lock-out or late cancellation fees.
10. Climate Control
The home must be at a comfortable temperature before cleaners arrive. If the home is excessively hot or cold, service may be canceled, and the cancellation fee will apply.
11. Service Time
First cleanings are estimated based on normal home conditions. If the home requires special attention, we may need to extend the cleaning time at an hourly rate or adjust the scope of work.
